Veranda / Window Sail Side View Configurator

With us, no standard prices or fixed packages: we make veranda sails, window sails, terrace sails, garden sails, and hospitality sails fully custom-made and only from quality materials. A veranda sail is perfect to expand your living space during parties or when it’s just too cold or wet outside but you still want to sit comfortably.

Roll-up system (most chosen)

Our most used system is the roll-up model. You can easily roll this up and secure it with straps. At the bottom of the sail there is a tunnel for a tension tube, which allows the fabric to be stretched tight to the ground (mounted via flat brackets on the surface). You can determine the height of the window yourself.

The result is a tight and wind-resistant sail.

If desired, we can install sliding doors with zippers, so you don’t have to roll up the entire sail every time.

Maximum dimensions of window panes

Our window film is available in two widths: 137 cm and 180 cm. We always process this film in the lengthwise direction of the roll, so from top to bottom.

We do this deliberately: in this direction there is the most natural shrinkage, which can be absorbed without problems. When film is processed rotated (crosswise), that shrinkage occurs in the width. This often causes problems after 1 to 2 years such as zippers and closures that no longer fit properly.

Do you want a window wider than 137 or 180 cm?

That is not a problem — we then divide the window into two parts with a narrow strip of PVC fabric in between. (see photo below)

When measuring, we always look from the perspective as you look from outside towards the veranda. Please keep this in mind when providing measurements. The measurements used in the video do not correspond with our input form/configurator but it does give you a good idea of how to measure everything.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO BUSYNESS WE DO NOT MEASURE ON SITE NOR INSTALL. THAT IS WHY THIS ORDER PROCESS IS VERY CAREFULLY DESIGNED SO THAT WE CAN MAKE YOUR SAILS CORRECTLY IN ONE GO. WE HAVE MADE A VERY EXTENSIVE MEASURING AND INSTALLATION VIDEO FOR YOU. INSTALLING IS FUN AND EASY TO DO YOURSELF.

Additional information for mounting between posts (with rails)

In most cases, the sails are mounted on the inside or outside of the posts. However, if the window sails are placed between the posts (in the reveal), please use the following points of attention:

• You will receive rails with a special side exit, intended for mounting between posts.

• Because there is no space to slide the sail in, you saw off a small part of the top rail so that a feed opening of about 10 cm is created in the middle.

  (Sometimes we do this in advance.)

• For the vertical rails, it is best to saw them 10 cm shorter than the height of the post. The opening is at the top, allowing you to easily remove the sail later without unscrewing the rails.

We can ship this product, but the easiest and cheapest option is for you to pick up the sails when they are ready. It takes quite some time to pack them neatly and often they don't fit in one box, so we charge €95 for this. Picking up is therefore worthwhile.
