CNC large-bed cutting plotter with vacuum table

 

Very beautiful CNC cutting plotter from 2025, so almost new. The cutting plotter is from the brand Prosail, widely used worldwide by sailmakers. Many sailmakers in the Netherlands also work with this machine. The machine is installed on a newly developed vacuum table with 3 zones and a powerful 3-phase vacuum motor. So if you have a small piece of fabric, you can close 1 or 2 zones, preventing vacuum loss that keeps the fabric in place during drawing and cutting.

The table has two rollers at the end where you can place the fabric roll. The length is practically endless for cutting and/or drawing. The software automatically detects when the product to be cut/drawn is longer than the table and then marks 2 points on the fabric. You move these points back to the start of the table, after which the machine completes the rest. The cutting area of the table is 403 cm x 215 cm, allowing most large fabric rolls to fit easily.

The machine cuts effortlessly through all fabrics such as acrylic boat fabric, sailcloth, Dacron, and even heavy truck tarpaulin is no problem at all.

We have been working with it for almost 1.5 years since installation. This machine easily pays for itself because your production process will increase significantly, and while you do something else, the machine draws and cuts your parts. This machine has a rotary blade but can be additionally equipped with a tangential blade.
