Sleeve plus backplate for tourniquets (only the sleeve without tourniquet turners). No special tools are needed for this set except a screwdriver, a block of wood, a sharp hobby knife, a hammer, and possibly pliers.

Inner size fixed sleeve 15x10mm / Outer size sleeve: 27x21mm
