Saliseal's Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in Saliseal's products. Below you will find our return policy, in which we would like to inform you about the conditions for returning products.

General return policy:

  1. You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. Saliseal extends this by another 14 days to 30 days. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the web store are at your own expense. These costs vary per package and the country where you live; please consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.
  2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we can charge you for this depreciation of the product. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning.
  3. To make use of this right, it is best to log in to your account via the email address you used to place the order and easily request the return yourself. Of course, you can also notify us of your return by email at info@saliseal.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order

Return procedure:
1. Register your return yourself via the website or contact our customer service to register your return shipment info@saliseal.com.
 

2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
3. Add the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
4. Send the return shipment to the address you received from our customer service.
5. As soon as your return shipment is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Dispute:

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@saliseal.com.
